When you place an order, we will estimate shipping cost for you based on your selected items and the shipping options/methods you choose. We are using delivery service for our Local and Overseas Shipping. For Local Shipping: (Delivery within Singapore) We offer three types of shipping methods: Normal Postage mail - Free Normal Postage Mail for Local delivery - within Singapore !!
- The most basic shipping method and there are no insurance or tracking options
- We are not liable for any lost/damage item during the delivery process, neither accept complaints or feedbacks for items not received
- Shopper can choose Normal Postage mail (with COP) - an official Singpost Certificate of Posting Receipt (SG$0.20), payable by shopper during checkout. This COP is a proof of receipt to show that we have indeed shipped out your item\s, this is for the benefit of both buyer and seller. It will be scan and email to you when your parcel has been shipped
- Please make sure your letterbox is cleared for postman to put in the items. For bulky parcel (3 items and above), please make sure someone at home to receive the parcel for the next 1-3 business days, 9am-6pm Mon-Fri (excluding public holiday), after received the item/s shipped notification email from us.
Standard Registered mail (Recommended) - Parcel will be delivered to your doorstep - only need to top up SG$2.24, with your parcel insurance (limited to the declared item value or S$68 (whichever is lower)) and tracking options
- A Registered Article (RA) Number will be provided after parcel have been shipped, so you can check the status of the parcel and make the necessary arrangements; to ensure someone at home to receive the parcel from the postman during the delivery hour (9am-6pm Mon-Fri (excluding public holiday)). Don't worry if nobody at home during the delivery hour to receive the parcel, as you can either arrange for a re-delivery or collect the parcel at the post office by using the delivery advice card left by the postman.

SpeedPost Islandwide - Postage will be charged according to Speedpost Islandwide Services ratefrom SingPost
- Parcel will be delivered to your doorstep with your parcel insurance (Please refer to SpeedPost's FAQ on claim limit for details) and tracking options
- A tracking number will be provided after parcel have been shipped, so you can check the status of the parcel and make the necessary arrangements; to ensure someone at home to receive the parcel from the courier during the delivery hour (8am to 10pm, everyday) or you can call the courier to request change of delivery time if nobody at home during the delivery hour to receive the parcel.
For Local Shipping, Shoppers should receive the package within 2 – 3 business days after item/s have been shipped. We strongly recommend local shopper to choose Standard Registered Mail (additional SG$2.24) shipping method to ensure your parcel is secure and for a peace in mind. Please note that NORMAL POSTAGE MAIL is not recommended as SingPost is unable to track their whereabouts due to no tracking number for normal mail. For Oversea Shipping: We offer two types of shipping methods: Standard Registered Airmail - Ideal for parcel weight not exceeding 2KG

For Oversea orders, we will not charge you any sales, customs or duty tax on top of your order. However, you might be required to pay customs and duties tax before your local customs release your package. Please enquire at your local customs to familiarize yourself with the local laws. Parcel Tracking Both Standard Registered mail/Airmail and Speedpost (IslandWide/Air Parcel) Shipping methods include online tracking/delivery confirmation (selected countries only) to ensure your parcel is secure. To track SpeedPost Air Parcel status, click HERE Exchange/Returns Only defective items that are purchased at Michiyo website that cannot be mended can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery. The colours of the actual piece might be slightly different from the photo seen on the website due to different computer displays, lightings or other effects on the photo. No refund or exchange is allowed in the case of such colour differences. Exchange will be made only if the item is returned in the unused & original condition. Please email us photos of the defective item and return the item to us with the full and original packaging within 7 days. Shipping and handling charge imposed for the exchange will be paid by the customer. We will make Refund only if the defective item cannot be mended or paid item is out of stock. Items with signs of tampering, washing, altering will not be entertained. All promotional items are non-exchangeable or returnable once sold. Due to hygiene reason, all lingerie items are non-exchangeable once sold.
Refusal of Orders We reserve the right to cancel your order if we do not receive payment within 3 calendar days after your order. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to quality control, stock unavailability, publishing error, or any other reasons. We also reserve the right to alter the availability or duration of any promotional items at any time. If the order is cancelled, refund of the amount will be made via internet banking. Should your order be cancelled, we will be in touch with you via email within 48 hours.
